Riviera dei Gelati was founded in 2018 by the owner, Cristina Simper, after years of making ice-cream out of her own kitchen and selling it to friends. She was inspired by her fellow Italian friend, who had recently bought an ice-cream machine for his own use, and came home to experiment with flavours and ingredients.

After persuasion from all those who tasted, and  much hard work, she has made it into a successful business. The name Riviera dei Gelati comes from region Cristina is originally from - Riviera dei Fiori, the name for the beautiful stretch of Ligurian coast in Northern Italy.

 

Despite having come a long way, our motto remains the same: 100% home-made, 100% natural, 100% delicious.
